Traps collect gametes (sex cell) which are carried by the current. Babies oysters are going to develop. Arrived at one sufficient size, one cuts pédoncules and oysters are placed in nets where they will pursue their growth.

Oysters are regularly inspected and cleaned of their possible parasites to assure a healthy growth and express.

Grown-up time, one implants a nucleus (ball of 6 mm) in a pocket. Oysters are then placed in nets with fine stitches to get back the nucleus in case of refusal.

The oysters which resist to treatments are then placed in cluster. It will be then necessary to wait for between 18 in 24 months before harvesting a pearl.
